December Sporting Events in Dubai
December is the holiday season for us Brits but it’s a big month for sporting in Dubai. You’ve got everything from the Rugby Sevens to body-building to futuristic robot championships.
If you’re a fan of sports, Dubai’s the place to be this December. Book your cheap hotel in Dubai and see if you can squeeze in some of these great events.
Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens
The big one. It all comes to down to this. From November 30th until 2nd December, the Rugby Sevens will be taking over Dubai at the Sevens Stadium. Matches will be on all day from 9:00AM until 9:00PM so get your ticket booked because it’ll be a weekend of fun.
Dubai Camel Races
The Dubai Camel races are continuing through December. Highly trained camels will be racing for huge cash prizes.
Head on down on the 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 28th, 29th and 30th of December.
The Dubai Dash is a great event for corporate entities, teams of 8-10 race to cover a 1.5km course. There’s plenty to do along with inspiration speakers, fitness demonstrations and health food on offer.
The Dubai Dash is taking place on the 6th of December.
Du Tough Mudder
We all know the Tough Mudder, one of the most difficult obstacle courses in the world. The du Tough Mudder will be taking place on the 8th to 9th of December.
The full Tough Mudder course is 16-20km with plenty of obstacles to slow you down.
Hello Kitty Run Dubai
Asia’s most famous cat will be making headlines in Dubai with the Hello Kitty Run. This will be a non-competitive 5km run, jog or walk.
You can take part in this fun run on the 8th of December.

Fans of flexing will be pleased to know the Dubai Muscle Show body building show will be coming to Dubai on the 8th to 9th of December.
